Neuro Linguistic Programming.

 

The combination of these modalities is a powerful approach to creating personal transformation. It works in the “present moment” the “Now” and can gently resolve issues without having to talk about or analyse “the problem”.

It often works extremely quickly, simply because it deals with the true cause of all problems.

Throughout our lives, and especially during childhood we may adopt beliefs these can be from our from experiences or from others leading to negative emotional patterns and learned responses these are held in our subconscious and can impact our adult behaviour at times

without our awareness.

These modalities allows us to identify and release limiting beliefs from the subconscious mind, allowing changes to learned responses and negative emotional patterns leading to a shift in uncomfortable feelings and negative behaviour or patterns.

As these beliefs are rooted in emotion and the subconscious mind they can lack factual basis, but they can produce negative responses making interactions and relationships difficult. Through EFT and MBIR you can release emotional blocks and discover new ways of reacting to situations. Allowing for a calmer happier life.
